Professional history

Prior to joining UBS, Erik was an Account Manager at The Ayco Company, LP, providing comprehensive financial planning to corporate executives, individuals and small business owners. Erik's approach to planning is client-focused and global in nature. Prior to his work at Ayco, Erik spent 12 years as a litigation attorney in Atlanta, GA.

Education and personal information

Erik received his bachelor of science from Miami University, his J.D. from New England School of Law and a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning from Georgia State University. Erik holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as life and variable insurance licenses. Erik and his wife live in Atlanta with their two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching soccer, and travel.

Will Stafford has developed a broad corporate practice, with an emphasis on business transactions, securities offerings, and general corporate governance.
